Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark in retail stores. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels and support seasonal resets and installations.

Salary and Schedule Details

• Starting pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
• Eligible for annual pay increases.
• Part‑time position with a variable weekly schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 2–13.
• Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and answer required surveys.
• Holiday support:
  Additional days and extended hours around Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Work may include the holiday itself.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations and fixture relocations, typically notified two weeks in advance.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers if needed.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Employees may kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, or use a step ladder throughout the workday.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to operate a handheld digital device for reading documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.
