Responsibilities- Hospitality Manager
:
Ensure that both Crew members and Managers consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience. Manage sales promotions, train service staff in procedures, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas organized to provide excellent service. - Production Manager
:
Ensure the restaurant serves high-quality food quickly and safely. Control food costs and ensure kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items as they are introduced. - People Manager
:
Focus on hiring qualified crew members, providing thorough training, and scheduling staff to meet sales and profit objectives. Ensure new Crew members have a positive start and that employees are recognized and motivated throughout their tenure.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, especially within restaurants, retail, or hospitality settings. The ideal candidate is a positive, team-oriented individual with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in McDonald’s famous fast-paced environment. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to serve as managers in franchised-owned and operated restaurants.
