• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments and are responsible for managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.

• Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences, properly run promotions, conduct training, and maintain organized Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.

• Kitchen Department Managers maintain high quality, safe, and cost‑controlled food production, train kitchen staff, and integrate new menu items.

• People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate employees.

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

• Positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast‑paced environment are ideal candidates.

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
