This is a role for a Real Estate Agent. We are located in Wilmore, Ky. The responsibilities of the Real Estate Agent include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, conducting market research, organizing property showings, negotiating deals, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of real estate trends and regulations. Collaboration with team members to deliver the best possible client experience is also expected.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in technology and real estate platforms is an advantage
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or a similar field is beneficial
