Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 6 AM - 4:30, Mon - Thurs (4-day workweek!)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of previous quality assurance experience + familiarity with precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Detail Drive: You've got an eye that doesn't miss a thing.
• On-the-Line Ready: Lift, move, and stay active through long shifts.
• Mindset: Solid teammate with pride in quality and a get-it-done attitude.

• Inspect and test products at various stages of the production process.
• Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine product quality and reliability.
• Select products for testing at designated stages, as specified by work order travelers.
• Record and analyze test data; identify and report deviations from standards.
• Write quality reports and recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards.
• Perform daily quality tasks such as calibration, certifications, material segregation, and other QA-related responsibilities.
