A shipping and receiving auditor ensures the accuracy and timely receipt, labeling and shipment of product through the warehouse. Performs quality inspections and audits in accordance with quality assurance program guidelines to prevent or eliminate errors due to overages, shortages, or non‑compliant materials.

• Auditing 3% of total cases for each scheduled day both by breakdown and weighted audits.
• Input drops in WMS
• Consolidate bills and reconcile product
• Aid with Slot exceptions

• Makes recommendations to stop shipment and shortages of materials based on quality issues.
• Provides feedback to coworkers regarding quality issues.
• Operates powered industrial equipment
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to Detail
• Diligent and punctual
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Must be able to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately
• Able to lift 65 lbs safely as required
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed due to customer requirements
