• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines
• Identify and document product and process non-conformances; help to investigate the root cause of the non-conformance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Associate Degree Preferred
• at least two years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement
• Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards (ISO, FMP, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• ability to demonstrate LION’s core beliefs
• ability to proactively collaborate with a team
• Previous experience in the garment industry is a plus
