Join our team as a Quality Engineer for our client company in Mt. Sterling, KY. Staffmark is looking for individuals who are dedicated to ensuring quality standards and driving continuous improvement.
Pay Rate: $20/hour, day shift with flexibility for overtime
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality standards and control systems to uphold product excellence.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance, and meticulously inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications.
- Collaborate closely with operations managers to devise and execute controls and improvements to enhance overall quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and investigate and troubleshoot any product or production issues that arise.
- Develop effective corrective actions and solutions, and regularly review codes, specifications, and processes to maintain optimal quality standards throughout the production process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or assurance.
- Certification or degree in a related field preferred.
