• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical, psychological, and social health needs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, interventions, and outcomes.

• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes.

• Associate s of Nursing Required
• Bachelor s of Nursing Preferred

• 1+ year in an acute care hospital setting preferred

• Registered Nurse (RN) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
