* Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
* BLS certification
* BSN required at 5 years of employment
* ** Must have at least 2 years of prior experience in a hospital setting as an RN. Experience must be in Critical Care/ED, Pre/Post, or Endoscopy.**
* ** Must meet on-call response requirements of 30 minutes. This includes driving to the facility, parking, walking in, changing into scrubs and reporting all within the 30-minute response time. this is a firm requirement and cannot be negotiated.*
