Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIH Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:5 to 1:6 EMR:
Meditech License:
Kentucky RN license or Compact license required Orientation:

As needed per facility requirement Radius Rule: RN must reside at least 100 miles from the facility Compliance:
