Bright Star Care of North Suburban Chicago is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Facility Staffing Team. This role offers a variety of shift opportunities, including daytime, PM, and overnight shifts, with competitive pay and a supportive work environment. Starting at $27.00 per hour plus $40 bonus per shift.

• Provide care according to the patient’s plan of care, including assistance with daily tasks.
• Perform nursing tasks such as wound care, injections, assessments, vitals, glucose checks, blood drawing, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, treatment plan management, record keeping, overseeing CNAs/PCAs, medication passes, etc.
• Manage facility shifts with a diversity of client conditions.

• Valid and Current LPN License in Illinois.
• Trach & Feeding Tube experience desired but not required.
• Current Certified CPR/BLS and recent negative TB screen.
• Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience.
• Self‑directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for client needs.
• English language proficiency.
• Professional conduct and confidentiality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
