Registered Nurse RN – $7500 Sign-On Bonus – All Shifts

- Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500 for all full‑time hires
- Competitive Salary: $36.00–$44.00/hr with shift differentials
- Assist in delivering resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice is within state and federal guidelines.
- Evaluate and monitor resident responses to the daily implementation of nursing care to ensure care plans are met.
- Implement physician orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and expand responsibilities to maintain competency.
- Set and implement goals and policies consistent with Future Care’s nursing facility philosophy.
- Active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
- Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.
- Experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health care facility is a plus.
- Current CPR license required.
