• Schedule: Part‑Time;

• Salary: $120,000 – $140,000

We are seeking warm and razor‑smart psychiatric nurse practitioners with entrepreneurial spirits to perform consultations in nursing homes. Ivy consultants build an independent consulting practice while positively impacting older adults and their families. You will receive full administrative support, clinical mentorship, and the flexibility to choose the work you want at competitive rates.

• Work closely and collaboratively with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess the efficacy of recommended interventions.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and recommend psychiatric medication and treatment recommendations.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non‑pharmacological treatments whenever possible.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
• ANNC Board Certification
• Ability to travel in Kentucky
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Strong, ambitious, patient‑centric work ethic

• Competitive salary: $120,000 – $140,000
