• Prescribe medications and therapies while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and overall wellness.

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare policies.

Candidate requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Kentucky.
• Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or primary care preferred.
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management and geriatric healthcare needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
