• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

• Associate's degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's in Nursing
• Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) – EV Accredited
• Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) – EV Accredited
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – RQI
• Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS) – RQI
• Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN) – EV Accredited
• Chemotherapy Certificate (CHEMO) – EV Accredited
• Critical Care RN – Tele‑ICU (CCRN‑E) – Accredited
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (CEFM) – EV Accredited
• Neonatal Med Certification (NEONATAL MED) – Accredited
