Are you a skilled nursing professional ready to take the next step in leadership? Our growing pain management practice is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team and ensure every patient receives exceptional, compassionate care.
About the RoleAs the Nurse Manager, you'll oversee daily clinical operations at our Lexington clinic. This is a dynamic position that blends hands‑on patient care with leadership responsibilities — including staff supervision, compliance oversight, quality assurance, and team development.
You’ll work closely with providers, staff, and administrative leadership to ensure smooth workflows, adherence to regulatory standards, and a culture of collaboration and respect.
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and support nursing and clinical staff to maintain high‑quality patient care.
- Provide direct clinical support when needed, including assisting with procedures and medication management.
- Ensure all compliance, safety, and documentation standards are met.
- Foster professional growth and teamwork within a fast‑paced medical environment.
- Serve as a key liaison between physicians, office management, and the nursing team.
- Active Kentucky nursing license – LPN or RN required (BSN preferred).
- 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- ACLS and BLS certification (current).
- Experience in pain management or specialty medical settings preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
