Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the marketing and sales departments by coordinating campaigns, managing schedules, and helping to drive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a passion for marketing and sales, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales
  • Coordinate and manage marketing and sales schedules
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts
  • Prepare sales presentations, reports, and promotional materials
  • Assist with customer relationship management and lead generation efforts
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Handle administrative tasks related to marketing and sales operations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and marketing best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
