The Role
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring projects are properly set up, tracked, and delivered through our prefab production system. This role is highly systems-oriented and requires strong organization, follow-through, and cross-functional communication. You will be responsible for managing project documentation inside our production software, preparing fabrication materials for the shop floor, tracking order progression, and coordinating outgoing shipments.
WhatYou’ll Do Project Setup & System Management
- Upload new projects into production software accurately and completely
- Upload fabrication sheets (fab sheets) into the system
- Generate and print QR codes for use by the production team
- Ensure all digital files are organized and accessible
- Prepare and distribute fabrication documentation to the shop floor
- Ensure production packets are complete and ready prior to release
- Maintain clean, accurate project data within internal systems
- Create load sheets for outgoing materials
- Generate shipping tickets for all outbound items
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure accurate shipment documentation
- Confirm outgoing items match project specifications
- Create and maintain project trackers for all orders
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and operations teams
- Communicate project status and documentation updates
- Support internal team members to ensure smooth project flow
- 2+ years experience in project coordination, construction operations, manufacturing, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Comfort working in production or construction environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
