Upholstery Trainee

Location: Leitchfield

OFS, Leitchfield, KY, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals interested in learning to upholster through hands-on experience and mentorship. As an upholstery trainee, you will be trained in all aspects of upholstery. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong interest in learning a skilled trade and who values attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

* You will be trained on the following:

* Perform upholstery tasks including fabric trimming, and attaching material to furniture frames.

* Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality control throughout the upholstery process.

* Operate upholstery tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

* Strong interest and willingness to learn a highly-skilled, in-demand trade

* Basic experience with hand tools

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

* Ability to work in a team environment
