Join our team as a FM Dispatcher on the 1st Shift! We’re looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. As an FM Dispatcher, you’ll work closely with drivers, farmers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Set up loads in automated loadout system and load trucks by priority.
• Weigh all feed returns, dispatch loads accurately to meet USDA standards.
• Operate, enter information, generate tickets and reports using our computer systems.
• Effectively communicate with producers, drivers, flock supervisor and document information.
• Complete all associated paperwork, checks and cleaning duties as assigned regularly.
• Comply with all perdue policies related to loading feed trucks, EX: NAE, APF, FDSA AND FSM.

• High School or equivalent

• 0
  -2 years experience.
• Reading, writing, math and analytical skills required.
• Must obtain weigh master license through training.
• Must be able to operate a truck on the feed mill property.

• 1+ year of dispatch or logistics experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Exposed to climate controlled office and outside weather conditions, a significant amount of airborne dust.
• Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
• Bust be able to climb 20 steps to get on the second floor where the office is located.
