Pay: $20.50 plus $2 perfect attendance incentive

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7:10 AM to 4:500PM, Over time and weekends as needed.

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Breast Tray Pack Area.

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. The position is responsible to assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility. This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production, ensure the line(s) is running properly and in control per company standards, perform preventative maintenance on Pac Mac machine, also maintain good housekeeping in the Breast Tray Pack area, and any other duties assigned by Management.

This position will be able to complete each job in the Breast Tray Pack area. This position is also required to complete various log sheets, monitor the condemned pounds, and notify Management, and perform glaze checks and notify management of any changes. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, or humid conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis.

Must maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture, receive training as required & perform various positions as required/assigned.

Treatment:
Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork

Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.

Must have 3 months of work history with one employer listed on the application.

Prefer 3 months of forklift operator experience.

Location does not consider rehires.
