Press Operator

Location: Lebanon, Kentucky

Shift: 2nd and 3rd

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Press Operator at our Lebanon, Kentucky facility. This role is essential it plays a critical role in our production process by ensuring the precise and efficient operation of aluminum extrusion equipment. This position directly supports our company’s goals of delivering high-quality aluminum products to our customers on time and within specification.

• Operate and maintain equipment/machinery as assigned
• Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures
• Accurately complete documentation and reports
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Support cross-functional teams and contribute to team goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Additional duties as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills

Starting pay: as per salary grid.
