Twisting Shift Leader

Overview

Your skills we value:

Manage the flow of day-to-day operations in the Twisting department. Organize shift schedules for team members. Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off. Assign duties to specific employees based on role and skills. Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary. Train new and current team members on tasks. Adhere to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards. Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.

Assist team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Identify issues and determine needed repairs. Plan maintenance schedules for building systems. Exhibit strong supervisory and leadership skills. Drive and perform lift truck safety inspection checklist daily. Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1–3 year experience preferred in any manufacturing and maintenance. Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Twisting experience is required.
