Operations Manager; Security Clearance

Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Operations Manager with a Top Secret clearance to join our team in Williamsburg, KY.

• Liaise with DOS staff, have full authority to act on behalf of the contractor, and provide full control over all contract operations at each Center.
• Manage and maintain involvement in the hiring of personnel.
• Oversee operations and quality reporting.
• Lead contract management and operations excellence.

• Possess and maintain an active TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
