Reach Logistics is a global eCommerce logistics and strategy company that partners with major brands to distribute products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more. We operate 7 warehouses in 5 countries and ship 60M units per year. We are growing rapidly with over 1,700 employees across 18 global locations. This is a full-time role and on-site at our warehouse in Hebron, KY.

The schedule is Thursday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

• Lead a team of 4-6 supervisors and warehouse staff of up to 250 on the assigned shift to hit productivity, quality, safety, and on-time shipping targets.
• Partner with the Operations Manager and support teams to meet business goals.
• Engage with the team during the shift to promote a positive culture and maintain high levels of quality, safety, and performance.
• Assist in operations by working with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Operations Manager.
• Shift plan and labor share in accordance with daily goals and order numbers.
• Facilitate open communication between 1st and 3rd shifts to ensure teamwork and a common goal.
• Provide direction to supervisors and leads to communicate changes/updates in policy and procedure.
• Track attendance and approve timecards for associates.
• Coach, train, and retrain associates on labeling and packaging procedures.
• Resolve employee relations matters and conflicts, working with HR to develop sustainable solutions.
• Monitor productivity and make recommendations to reach and exceed metrics.
• Administer progressive discipline for employee behavioral and productivity issues.
• Help contributors understand and connect to our vision, mission, strategy, and business priorities.
• Ensure the safety of all team members by teaching, promoting, and exemplifying safety guidelines.
• Manage leads to ensure they work closely with team members through training, coaching, and problem-solving with orders (if applicable).
• Uphold company policies and professional workplace behavior by leading by example.
• Problem solving in real time using counting and basic math.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Software to track and resolve order-related issues.
• Collaborate with other managers, supervisors, coordinators, and leads.
• Maintain flexibility to come in outside of normal hours to provide coverage for management staff when needed.

• 3-5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a distribution center/warehouse environment
• Minimum of 1 year of operations experience in a warehouse/distribution, logistics environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Software to track and solve order problems
• Effective communication with associates, management, and executive staff
• Experience creating and executing a shift plan
• Understanding of basic math and Excel formulas
• Understanding of process control and its importance to the business
• Flexible and embrace change

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite/Gmail
• Workday experience preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills

• Ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs by hand
• Pallet jack experience (electric or non-electric)
• Pull, push, bend, kneel, crouch
• OT required during peak season (25-30% of the time)
