We’re looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of commercial landscape construction projects from award to completion and help lead both the work and the people behind it. This role suits someone who is organized, steady under pressure, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping a team succeed while keeping projects moving forward.

• Manage commercial landscape construction projects from handoff through completion
• Coordinate schedules, crews, subcontractors, materials and equipment
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear project documentation
• Work closely with foremen to keep projects productive and profitable
• Communicate with clients and build long-term working relationships
• Review plans, specifications, and project details
• Price and process change orders and adjustments
• Order materials and manage logistics
• Monitor project budgets and timelines
• Identify and solve site problems early
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets expectations
• Support safe work planning and organized job sites

• Experience in construction, landscaping, civil, or related project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Clear and respectful communication with both clients and crews
• Comfort using computers, email, digital plans and project software
• Ability to read drawings and understand construction sequencing
• Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• A leadership approach that supports both accountability and teamwork
• A degree or diploma in a related field is helpful, though equivalent hands-on experience is just as valuable
