Deputy Operations Manager Williamsburg, Kentucky TOP SECRET Clearance

As a Deputy Operations Manager, you will:

• Liaise with DOS staff, act on behalf of the contractor, and oversee contract operations at your Center
• Manage hiring, operations reporting, contract management, and operational excellence
• Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
• US Citizenship
• 5-10 years relevant experience
• Willingness to work part-time and on-call during proposal process

This position requires on-site work in Williamsburg, KY, with potential for a hybrid schedule upon approval.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to upgrade to Top Secret
• Knowledge of union work sites and collective bargaining agreements
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience managing 150+ personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
• Effective communication skills and experience working with U.S. government or military personnel
