About Grissan

Grissan is an innovative renewable-energy company built on more than a decade of world-class anaerobic digestion expertise in Scotland. We convert distillery by-products and food waste into renewable natural gas, fertilizer, and CO₂ solutions—creating closed-loop, circular-economy systems for our partners.

Our first U.S. facility in Lebanon, Kentucky is now coming to life, and we’re building a safety-first culture from the ground up. If you like creating systems, solving problems, and shaping culture—not just maintaining it—this is the role.
