Position Summary

• Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Mow, trim, and prune to ensure the exterior environment remains pristine.
• Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 – $35.00, plus applicable premiums that may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Additional compensation is based on factors such as skill set, experience, and job classification. Benefits and compensation are subject to change.

• Minimum one year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid, state‑issued driver’s license.
• Vocational or technical certification, or two years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction.
• Preferred:
  Associate’s degree or similar certification in engineering, maintenance, construction management, or related field;
  Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification; third‑party management experience.
• Preferred:
  Project Management Professional certification.
