Marina Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Marina Maintenance professional to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the marina facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency to provide an excellent experience for boaters and visitors.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on docks, piers, boats, and marina equipment.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within the marina.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of marina grounds, including landscaping and waste management.
• Assist with launching and retrieving boats as needed.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and enforce marina safety protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.

• Previous experience in marina maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

This position involves physical work outdoors near water and requires the ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
