This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a PT job in our local Brandenburg area. You have the ability to customize your set schedule within a dayshift range, working 4-5 hours a day!
SummaryPart time laborer, 20-25 hours weekly (no-benefits) for facility housekeeping, errand running and other duties as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities- Be a safety minded worker who is drug free and dependable with an excellent attendance record
- Reports and/or corrects all unsafe conditions immediately
- Performs custodial responsibilities for offices, restrooms, breakroom, hallways, lobby, and shop floor as needed
- Sweep and mop all offices/breakroom/lobby/hallway/bathrooms
- Refills all trash liners/toilet paper/paper towels/soap/etc. as needed
- Clean baseboards as needed
- Clean up spills and other unplanned for spots
- Cleans all windows periodically, and spot cleans windows as needed daily
- Clean and sanitize break room tables/counters/common surfaces daily
- Removes trash/recycling from building and delivers to correct receptacles
- Keeps inventory of cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper products, toiletries for reordering purposes
- May occasionally paint
- Keeps work area, supplies and equipment, clean and orderly
- Make runs in company vehicle to pick up mail, catered lunch, parts, pick up from warehouse and guide visitors to the shop
- Assists other employees as directed by management or group leaders
- Other assigned duties at management’s discretion

- Must be able to pass a background check, physical & drug screen
- Completes all training as deemed necessary by management
- Able to work independently
- Has a valid driver’s license
