Custodian Part-time

Pac Arctic, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Part-time Custodian on our second shift to support PAC and our government customer in Williamsburg, KY. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a union position. This position is responsible for assisting in keeping the facility clean and orderly throughout the shift and requires attention to safety at all times for all employees.

• Cleaning of entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, work areas, floor surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks, etc.
• Maintain the appearance of exterior grounds, parking lots, loading docks, and sidewalks
• Emptying wastebaskets/ and trash receptacles
• Dusting of high and low surfaces, including overhead lights and pictures, and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and light spot removal duties
• Washing windows and glass cleaning
• Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls

• Must be able to lift 25-50lbs.
• Prefer high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years' experience.
• Work well with our cooperative and motivated cleaning staff
• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and learn troubleshooting skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with coworkers and supervisors.
• Capable of working with a team or independently to achieve departmental goals, including multitasking skills
• Must be available to work second shift 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Must be available for occasional weekend work
• Must be dependable, hardworking, conscientious, and cooperative

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust
