Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Monday-Friday Position

The Floor Technician t will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Moderate physical activity:
  Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.
• Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
• Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.
• Assist with cleaning up spills and waste (including human).
• Repetitive gripping of trays, mops, vacuums, etc.
