With a diverse set of maintenance tasks ranging from plumbing and carpentry repairs to electrical and heating and ventilating work, you will have the chance to hone your skills and develop a broad range of expertise. • Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment by repairing plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating and ventilating, painting, and machinery.
• Maintain the general upkeep of grounds areas. Including mowing, weed eating, pick up liter, etc.
• Perform janitorial duties.

Ability to work afternoon and weekend shifts.
