Kentucky Dam Village State Park is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker I to join our dynamic team on the shores of the majestic Kentucky Lake! As a Facility Maintenance Worker I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of our state‑of‑the‑art facilities.
With a diverse set of maintenance tasks ranging from plumbing and carpentry repairs to electrical and heating and ventilating work, you will have the chance to hone your skills and develop a broad range of expertise. Our Facility Maintenance Worker I position is more than just a job – it's a chance to become part of a supportive and welcoming team committed to providing exceptional service to our guests.
You will work alongside skilled tradespersons, operate cutting‑edge machinery, and maintain detailed maintenance records. Plus, with the opportunity for growth into more specialized roles as you gain experience, you'll never have a dull moment on the job!
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment by repairing plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating and ventilating, painting, and machinery.
- Maintain the general upkeep of grounds areas. Including mowing, weed eating, pick up liter, etc.
- Perform janitorial duties. >
- Assist housekeeping as needed.
Ability to work afternoon and weekend shifts.
