Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long‑term care facility. The role focuses on cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices, ensuring adherence to sanitation procedures and safety guidelines. This position is essential for enhancing resident experience and supporting the team.

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Ability to work around cleaning products.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required.
