What You’ll DoInventory Management & Planning
Support inventory planning, forecasting, and ordering processes to ensure smooth product flow
Analyze supply and demand data to help maintain optimal inventory levels
Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to identify opportunities for process improvement
Contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Special Projects
Take ownership of assigned initiatives that support team and business objectives
Provide insights and recommendations that drive operational performance
Team Collaboration & Systems Exposure
Work closely with supply chain team members in a collaborative environment
Gain hands‑on experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and operational systems
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, computer science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PowerPoint and Outlook experience preferred)
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
A customer‑focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Build foundational supply chain experience within the global beauty industry
Work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to impactful initiatives
