Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and support production schedules.
• Lead logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, for both raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and manage supply chain risk mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain teams.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain analytics.
• International sourcing and logistics experience.
