We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hybrid Solutions Engineer/ Solutions Architect to join our AWS Partnership team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and lead the technical enablement for our AWS-based partnership. You will work closely with AWS’s technical teams to build the technical roadmap for engagement, ensuring that the sales teams are equipped to position our solutions effectively and support the overall selling process.

You will play a key role in helping to shape and drive successful technical engagements, and your ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders is critical to success in this role.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

• 5+ years of experience with AWS services in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical role, with a preference for experience in the cybersecurity or cloud computing including
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• Deep understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices. Demonstrated experience with security-focused AWS services
• Hands‑on experience using identity standards (including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2, OIDC), and modern security principles (i.e. zero trust, multi‑factor authentication, passwordless technologies)
• Expertise in designing solutions with IAM platforms (i.e. Okta, Active Directory, Entra , AWS Cognito, etc) in enabling single sign‑on services for application
• Demonstrated experience with developing high‑quality technical artifacts, reference architectures, and white papers for a variety of audiences (customers, partners, solution architects, etc.)
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, protocols, and industry standards (e.g. network security, encryption, identity management, threat detection, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of scalable cloud infrastructure principles and in‑depth knowledge of generative AI solutions like Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, engineering, product, and marketing.
• Strongly Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional, AWS Certified Security Specialty, or relevant industry certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.).
