We're looking for a Learning & Performance Specialist who will build our training setup from scratch and take full ownership of how employees develop the skills they need to perform at a high level.

Your focus will be on identifying real capability gaps, creating the right solutions, rolling them out effectively, and proving through data that they work

Take Ownership

As a Learning & Performance Specialist, you will:

* Create, manage, and continuously improve general bunq training programs.

* Lead interactive workshops and in-person trainings focused on real behavior change.

* Measure training effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements

* Improve existing internal processes or create new ones to optimize employee performance and development.

This challenge is perfect for you if

* You have deep knowledge of creating effective and engaging training programs by deadline.

* You know how to measure training impact and use data to improve outcomes.

* You genuinely enjoy in-person training, coaching, and working closely with people.

* You're familiar with process optimization and like making things work better ️

* You naturally take ownership and proactively close performance gaps.
