Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager, you will own solution positioning, messaging quality, and narrative clarity across priority solution areas aligned to 1

Password’s Identity Security and AI strategy. You will translate complex IT and security challenges into clear, compelling narratives and content that moves buyers through the funnel and helps sellers win.

Responsibilities include owning the clarity, differentiation, and consistency of solution narratives across the company, such as SaaS Sprawl, Zero Trust, Enterprise Vaulting and Privileged Access Management. This role will help shape how identity security, privileged access, and credential management evolve as work becomes continuous, automated, and agent‑driven. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Demand, and GTM Enablement to ensure our solutions show up consistently across campaigns, content, and sales motions.

Success will look like delivering clear differentiation, strong market fluency, and high‑impact solution storytelling that scales across the funnel. Solution narratives that clearly differentiate 1

Password from legacy identity and access approaches and competitive alternatives. Priority solution areas may evolve over time as our Identity Security and AI strategy advances.

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, or related roles within B2B SaaS, security, or adjacent technical categories.
  • Experience marketing products or platforms in one or more of the following domains: IAM, PAM, secrets management, endpoint security, cloud security, or developer platforms. Experience with AI‑driven or AI‑adjacent solutions is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to produce compelling, high‑quality content across multiple formats and altitudes, including web, long‑form narrative, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
  • Strong experience partnering with campaign, demand gen, and content teams to influence and deliver MOFU and BOFU programs and assets.
  • Comfortable thinking in systems, reconciling multiple products into a single story, and making tradeoffs in service of clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling, buyer‑focused stories that drive action.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience connecting messaging and content to pipeline outcomes and sales impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams without formal authority.
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities and dependencies.
