- Lead Microsoft 365 migrations, with a focus on Email and tenant‑to‑tenant migrations
- Execute third‑party Email migrations from platforms such as Google Workspace and Zimbra
- Advise clients on identity architecture, including Entra hybrid identity
- Develop and execute Power Shell scripts and Microsoft Graph API calls for automation
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online and hybrid configurations
- Expert‑level experience with tenant‑to‑tenant migrations
- Deep understanding of identity services, including Active Directory and Entra
- Strong experience with Quest On Demand, AvePoint Fly SaaS, and Bit Titan tools
- Expertise in Power Shell scripting for automation and administration
- Microsoft certifications (MS‑203, SC‑300, or similar)
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, and HIPAA
- Familiarity with Microsoft Government Community Cloud High (GCC High) tenants
- Experience with Intune, Teams, and SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of identity governance and lifecycle management
