We are transforming our social media approach in LATAM from “brand awareness” to performance-driven acquisition. We are looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to bridge the gap between creative content and data, scaling meaningful interactions that directly lead to sign-ups. This is not a traditional social media content role. Instead, your mission is to treat content as a growth lever, designing experiments, optimizing funnels, and uncovering unconventional ways to accelerate performance.
You’ll thrive in this role if you love solving complex, non-standard challenges, testing bold ideas, and building hacks that turn content into measurable growth.
You’ll work closely with:
- A local SMM specialist
- A strong growth team
- Content production resources
- Paid media team
- Develop and run a structured testing system for:
- Hooks and first lines
- CTAs in captions and videos
- Post formats and structures
- Posting angles (problem, outcome, objection, etc)
- Test different funnels and sign-up approaches
- Analyze performance across the full journey: impression → engagement → click → lead → customer
- Turn insights into repeatable playbooks and frameworks for high-performing posts
- Build trend-watching mechanisms
- Test new platforms (Tik Tok, You Tube) and build cross-posting and reposting algorithms to scale faster
- Experience in social media, growth marketing, performance marketing or similar roles
- Proven experience improving conversion metrics via social content or campaigns
- Experience and successful cases in A/B testing content or ad variations
- Experience working with funnels (lead gen, sign-up flows, product pages, etc)
- Strong growth mindset
- Deep understanding of funnels, user journeys, and conversion logic
- Ability to turn content creation into a testing playground
- Confident in hypothesis-driven experimentation (test → measure → iterate)
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers and performance data
- Clear understanding of how CTAs, framing, and psychology impact user action
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and giving data-backed feedback to creatives
