- Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles
- 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions
- 5+ years of related IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related area
- Active Lead Certification
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly both verbally and in writing
- Experience in UI/UX Design
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with authentication methods (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP)
- Understanding of data management and data visualization/BI
- Experience with Dev Sec Ops and/or Configuration Management
