Technical Leader (Java) – Project Delivery Specialist – Customer

- Serve as the escalation point for complex Java application incidents and recurring defects across the portfolio.
- Own stability and support strategy for REM (triage patterns, root cause analysis, performance/capacity considerations, support playbooks).
- Partner with product/business and downstream/upstream teams to manage dependencies, integrations, and release impacts.
- Improve supportability (logging/monitoring, alert tuning, runbooks, automation, defect prevention).
- Coach engineers on Java standards, troubleshooting techniques, and application/domain knowledge transfer.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement work streams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications Required- 5+ years of experience in Java applications
- Demonstrated experience supporting business-critical applications with high availability expectations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to manage escalations and drive root cause resolution across teams.
- Deep expertise in Java application support and troubleshooting in production environments (including log analysis and debugging). Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Hybrid Role - 2 days on-site.
