Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment (inventory control, proper function checks, preventive maintenance).
  • Monitor system security and report potential issues.
  • Oversee and support online platforms used internally by the company.
  • Assist employees with daily IT-related issues regarding equipment and applications.
  • Monitor network and device connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, network devices).
  • Follow IT procedures and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with external IT partners or vendors when necessary.
  • Provision of light hardware support (pc, peripherals, etc.) and coordination with external service providers for repairs when necessary.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Experience with Windows, Office 365, and cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
