As we expand our eCommerce operations in the United States, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven eCommerce Marketplace Manager to drive online sales across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify.

We are seeking an eCommerce Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our online sales strategy, ensuring our products are successfully launched, optimized, and scaled across multiple digital marketplaces. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for account setup, product listings, advertising, and overall sales performance. KeyResponsibilitiesMarketplace Account Setup & Management
- Set up and manage Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify seller accounts.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health and performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, policy violations, and disputes.
- Create, manage, and optimize SEO-driven product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve rankings and conversions.
- A/B test product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to drive higher sales performance.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase sales and maximize ROI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and profit margins).
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and deals to stay competitive.
- Manage Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings, Walmart Sponsored Ads, and Alibaba advertising.
- Optimize ad spend to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, bundle offers, and limited-time discounts.
- Work with suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers to ensure timely order processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasting to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Leverage Amazon FBA, Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), and third-party logistics (3PLs) to improve efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints to maintain a high seller rating.
- Implement automated systems for collecting and managing customer feedback and reviews.
- Work on strategies to enhance brand credibility and trust across platforms.
Proven experience in managing and scaling online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify).
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Alibaba storefronts.
Expertise in SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and eCommerce analytics.
Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, Walmart Sponsored Ads, and Alibaba marketing tools.
Experience with inventory management, logistics coordination, and fulfillment services.
Familiarity with eCommerce automation tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Data Hawk.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive online sales growth.
- Experience in cross-border trade, international shipping, and customs regulations.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or Big Commerce.
- Proficiency in multi-channel selling tools and repricing software.
- Experience handling account suspensions and reinstatements on Amazon/eBay.
