Job Summary
A Product Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering multiple projects related to assigned product(s). Under general direction, the coordinator formulates and defines system scope and objectives, creates detailed business analysis, outlines problem, opportunities, and solutions, and writes test specifications. The role includes project meetings, tracking, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The coordinator works at a high technical level in all phases of programming activities and collaborates with senior leadership to provide analytical background for business problems.
Core Responsibilities
- Participate in projects as assigned, complete work within established timelines, and resolve issues with team members, programmers or project managers to avoid delays.
- Establish and manage change control procedures for supported product(s) and prioritize requested changes.
- Analyze business processes, design new product developments, and propose improvements to functionality. Manage product roadmap with the Director.
- Serve as a senior subject‑matter expert on content, processes, and procedures associated with the product, documenting and leading resolution for data quality issues.
- Manage the business relationship with customers, ensuring support requests are resolved promptly and achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
- Mentor less experienced team members in system support, administration methods, and processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including keeping the Director informed of issues that could impact deadlines or user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience: 4+ years of related information systems experience).
- Extensive knowledge of information systems, vendor software tools, and business processes.
- Excellent collaboration and oral/written communication skills.
- Experience in programming languages (, JavaScript, Python, etc.) and UiPATH automation platform (preferred).
- Understanding of AI/ML, agentic and process methodologies, and DEVOPS concepts are a plus.
- Broad background in IT systems and services, including software and infrastructure.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Healthcare IT experience is preferred, but not required.
