Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Summer Intern will support the HR team with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This internship provides hands‑on experience in core HR functions and exposure to real‑world HR practices within a professional business environment.

  • Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support new employee onboarding, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications.
  • Conduct HR research and benchmarking on policies, benefits, and HR trends.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support HR staff with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and report preparation.
  • Participate in HR projects related to process improvement, culture initiatives, or compliance.
  • Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
Learning Opportunities

    Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management
  • Participation in employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, preferred a senior.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making.
