Location: East Bernstadt

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, well-rounded HR Generalist to support a dynamic, non-union organization of approximately 500 employees across multiple sites. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be visible, accessible, and truly valued as a trusted resource for our team members and leaders.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience by:

  • Providing multi-site HR support with an employee-first mindset
  • Being highly accessible and responsive to employee needs
  • Partnering with leaders to support performance, engagement, and culture initiatives
  • Assisting with employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Ensuring policies and processes align with a positive, high-performing workplace
  • Traveling 2-3 days/quarter to support an affiliated location with additional potential travel as warranted
  • Providing backup support for payroll
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-rounded knowledge across core HR functions
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting employees
  • Solutions-based approach with continuous process improvement top of mind
  • Ability to flex schedule when needed to connect with other shifts
  • Experience with Dayforce is preferred
Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

(With flexibility to occasionally support other shifts as needed)
